Teletherapy Conundrum: What am I doing with my teletherapy practice?

I'm sure you've been inundated with so many emails and overwhelming information about telehealth and teletherapy. Sometimes I'm not sure even what it's called. Teletherapy? That sounds like we're doing therapy over the telephone.

Virtual Therapy? Makes me think of wearing those virtual goggle things.

TeleEMDR? Phone EMDR?

Whatever it gets labeled, I hope you are making you're way through it!
